I have placed and order for a table on November 13th via their website and my credit card was charged for the full price at that time. Order #**** On December 23rd I received an email from employee ***** ****, saying the table won't be here until March 8th. On December 27th I replied to that email - requested to cancel my order. December 29th I called to follow up on cancellation - I was told by ***** to reply to the email and she will be back in the office on January 4th to look at the order. January 6th I called the office, spoke to ***** on the phone - she stated that she will cancel my order. On January 11th my order still was not cancelled, I spoke to ***** via text, she stated that she will cancel my order and issue a refund the next day. Today is January 18th. Very bad service!!I bought a queen bed paid cash (debit) and the lady Linda told me I have to paid extra fee for delivery, web site said after $250 free delivery, I paid $ 456 with taxes, at the time I contact for delivery she told me to paid extra fee, supposted the bed was on sale, I bought from facebook market and never said ON SALE! I checking now directly to inspiringliving website and the bed is $408 regular price!! What a shame lady! First and last time shopping here!

Good Afternoon, We had a sale price posted on our facebook group for a queen bed $425.00 plus gst the website price is is higher by $100.00 +. When ordered online the client will receive free shipping as they are paying full price. The clients husband was to pick up the bed and then had to go to Vancouver for work. I told this client that a delivery company could deliver between 3-5 but tshe would have to pay for the delivery (it was $50.00). She said she was coming to the store right away for a refund and I said I could just etransfer her, we have no problem returning her money. I messaged her twice that I can refund her money but have never heard back from her and the bed is still in the warehouse.
